Midweek
(Monday to Thursday)
2 night break - 350.00 GBP
3 night break - 395.00 GBP
Weekend
(Friday, Saturday & Sunday)

3 night break - 450.00 GBP
These rates are inclusive.

Management
Information
The
house is available from Saturdays at 1600hrs. On the day
of departure guests are asked to vacate by 1030hrs in order
that the house is clean and organised for the next arrivals.
The
gardens will be mowed and tended on a weekly basis
Weekly
change of linen is available should you require a cleaning
and/or changing service, this can be arranged at an extra
charge.
A
travel cot can be supplied with prior arrangement.
A deposit of 25% of the overall rental will have to be made
on confirmation of the booking. This is non refundable unless
notice of a cancellation is made at least one month in advance.
NB.
Full payment is expected 6 weeks prior to commencement
of stay or immediately if at short notice.
NB. Prices are subject to change at owners discretion.
Weekends are negotiable.
